All product prices on this site are quoted in Singapore Dollars and do not include shipping fees.
The Customer will be given the option of selecting the Courier Service preferred with the corresponding Shipping cost. Customers are strongly advised to select reputable international courier service. The cost of import duty and taxes would be included in the cost for shipments to International destinations.
Depending on the destination, shipping may take between 7 to 21 working days to arrive. A tracking number will be emailed to the Customer to enable the status of the shipment to be traced.
Customers are strongly encourage to take up the optional Shipping Insurance offered at the point of purchase. No recourse is available for damaged or missing shipments if the Customer opts out of the Shipping Insurance offered.
Please notify us by email within 72 hours the shipment if it arrives damaged and the Customer had purchased the Shipping Insurance. Please email your name, contact, product details and photos of 1) the broken item and 2) the packaging the item was delivered in to sales@borneeogallery.com. We will submit a claim to the Insurer on behalf of the Customer and notify the Customer by email as soon as the claim has been approved by the Insurer. Please allow two months for your claim to be processed.
Packaging
As ceramics products are fragile and breakable, we will endeavour to package your product as best we can to minimise the risk of breakage. We will also endeavour to utilise recycled material wherever possible, to minimise our impact on the environment.
