Product Quality

Each piece of product will be inspected to ensure that it is in good condition before packaging and shipping. Due to the nature of the production process of pottery, the colours, surface texture and dimensions may vary greatly at different parts of each piece. Some may also have apparent "deformities" or  "defects" which are part of the art effect intended by the artist and are not considered product defects. Products with production defects which do not meet the quality standard of the artist would not be displayed for sale.

The actual colours of the works may differ from that which is shown on your computer/device due to the lighting during the photo shoot or the monitor’s/screen's display. Variances in colour are not considered product defects.

As the products are hand made, they may have irregular shapes and sizes. All measurements of width, depth and height provided are approximate. Variances in dimensions or weight are not considered product defects. 

Please email to us details and photos of the product at within 72 hours of receiving your product to clarify, if you think the product you have received is defective.



1. All prices on this site are quoted in Singapore Dollars.  

2. Payment can be made through major credit cards or Paypal, and customers with Singapore-based bank accounts may pay using Paynow.



All prices do not include shipping fees. Orders in Singapore will be delivered via Qxpress or Ninja Van courier services within a week of the order confirmation. 

International orders will be sent via a reputable international courier service and the cost of import duty and taxes would be included. Insurance is optional and customers may opt out at the point of purchase. Depending on the destination, shipping may take between 7 to 21 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may trace the status of your shipment.



As ceramics products are fragile and breakable, we will endeavour to package your product as best we can to minimise the risk of breakage. We will also endeavour to utilise recycled material wherever possible, to minimise our impact on the environment.


We will do our best to pack your product in a professional manner. However, if the item arrives broken, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your item.  Please take a picture of 1) the broken item and 2) the packaging your item was delivered in and email your name, contact and product details to us at We will notify you by email within 2 weeks of receiving the full details.  We will notify you by email as soon as your claim has been approved by the Insurer.  Please allow two months for your claim to be processed.
